Agung Podomoro Group once again introduces their latest product, The Premiere Hills Samarinda. The event took place at Hotel Mercure Samarinda on Friday, December 1, 2023, evening.

The event, titled "Year And Celebration," also serves as the closing activity for the year 2023.

Yenti Lokat, AVP of Agung Podomoro Group, revealed this directly. She mentioned that besides being a promotional event, it also serves as a year-end closure for 2023.

"This event is actually to close the year because we have entered December. It also happens that tomorrow we have an announcement of price increases for Bukit Mediterania Samarinda and The Premier Hills," said Yenti Lokat.

The event was enlivened by the presence of the capital city singer, Dewi Gita, to entertain the invited guests in attendance.

Several buyers invited directly by various banks in Samarinda were also present at the event, such as Bank Mandiri, BTN, Panin Bank, Maybank, BNI, and Bank Permata.

"This event also announces that our Marketing Gallery located at The Premiere Hills is now open. It is already operational and can be visited directly. The location is also right on the side of MT Haryono Street," she explained.

She mentioned that this housing development has distinct advantages compared to others. Apart from its scenic appearance, the residence is also the first to use an international landscape design from Singapore, namely Palmscape Singapore, with the concept of a World Class Home Resort.

Furthermore, she revealed that the current stage of construction is in the process of road infrastructure, which will accelerate the progress of housing development.

"We are currently working on road leveling. We are currently working on a direct access road from The Premiere Hills to Bukit Mediterania Samarinda," she concluded.
